These moments don't have to be a stopping point, but rather a time for exploration and growth. For many, this journey can be supported by specialized care. As an online therapist in California, I offer personalized support to help you navigate these feelings and find a new path forward.

There is a lot of stigma attached to seeking help. Maybe you were told to 'suck it up,' or 'it could always be worse.' And in the moments when you tried to reach out for support, others did not show up for you in the way that you needed.

My approach to therapy, including modalities that help to address traumas and hurts we've experiences, specifically Internal Family Systems (IFS), I have found that this helps clients address difficult feelings and memories that have been pushed down. Together, we can work to identify behaviors that are no longer serving you. If you show up, I will show up right alongside you. Therapy isn't always easy, but it can be worth it!
